Custom Garage in Winchester Virginia
They say April showers bring May flowers, but I don’t think they were talking about snow showers!!! It is hard to believe it is spring time here in the Shenandoah Valley with these cold temperatures and biting winds. Hopefully, warmer weather is just around the corner. This blog is about a custom garage that we built in Winchester Virginia.
As cold weather often does it has us here at Valley Builders thinking about custom garages. Our custom garages provide protection from the cold and weather but also offer our customers the opportunity to design a structure that meets their personal needs. For instance, last summer we were hired to be the contractor on a custom garage build out in Winchester, Virginia.
The 30 feet by 40 feet detached garage was designed to provide ample room for cars and personal storage. The main part of the structure would house 3 separate vehicle bays for personal use. The upstairs of the garage would provide attic storage for the homeowner. In addition to function this structure provided the customer, it was important to ensure that the outside facade was in keeping with the existing home’s curb appeal and provided additional value to the property.
