Wow we have experienced a very cold January! I hope everyone has stayed safe during these snowstorms and the icy mess. I enjoy a snowfall because Valley Builders, a custom home builder, also does snow removal but it is the frigid cold that chills my bones. I am hoping for an early spring and looking forward to the summer. I love the seasons of Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley but I do have my favorite seasons. And right now winter is not on that list! Today we are going to talk about a residential house we built as the valley’s premier custom home builder.
Late last year we started on a custom built guest home located in Fort Valley, Virginia. We are one of the area’s premier custom home builder. The client/partner has a large track of land and hopes to build multiple houses on his property. He is lucky enough to have a beautiful piece of property in Fort Valley. Fort Valley is located between Luray/Little Washington and Woodstock Virginia. It is a great community full of locals and transplants from Northern Virginia.
This project experienced a couple set backs during the construction. We had a few days of inclement weather and some of the materials were delayed for this project. However, we still came in on time and the house was ready for the owners out of town guests. We focus on producing a quality product and if it takes “over time” my team and I will do what it takes.
