Custom Home on Saint David Church Road in Fort Valley Virginia

One of the things Valley Builders LLC loves so much about our community of Fort Valley is all the wonderful history it holds.  This history has taught us many lessons that we take forth with us as we grow and change.  This is a standard exemplified in one of current custom home project we are working on in Fort Valley, Virginia.

Out on Saint David Church Road sits a property since a beautiful property situated in the woods.  The site once held a house built in the early 1900’s but the owners wanted to build a new custom home on the property. The house was torn down but the wood was salvaged and able to be used as reclaimed wood.  This brought a touch of history into the modern home.

Valley Builders LLC is building this 1,880 square foot custom home with many custom details.  From the wrap around porch to the large sunroom with mountain views this provides the client with full use of the beauty of Fort Valley.  Another unique detail is the red custom cabinets in the kitchen which compliment the tile floor and granite counter tops wonderfully!   The client also chose to install a back-up generator to the entire home to ensure that they always had power despite unforeseen circumstances or Mother Nature’s wrath.

The home also has a custom two car garage that was place on the side of the home to provide a more aesthetically pleasing facade.  This custom garage features two separate bays for vehicles as well as some additional storage area for the client.

Valley Builders LLC has really enjoyed this custom contractor project because it has allowed us to enjoy our Fort Valley home turf and flex our custom chops in fun new ways, how about those red custom cabinets?  We are so excited for our client to be able move into their new custom home this summer.
