Custom Home at Lake Holiday in Winchester, Virginia
The Lake Holiday area is a growing community located to the northwest city of Winchester, Virginia. It surrounds a 200+ acre manmade lake that provides many opportunities to enjoy outdoor sports and the wildlife that populates that area. Lake Holiday includes both a gated community for retired residents and a separate area for single-family homes. It is a prime location for those wanting the convenience of city life while living off the beaten path. Valley Builders LLC is excited to be able to make our contribution to the beauty of this area in our latest custom home construction project.
The Valley Builders team is currently constructing a 2,400 square foot single family home that will feature a fair amount of windows to take full advantage of the landscape. The main window feature is two all glass garage doors in the living room that when opened will provide unobstructed access to the deck. This will allow for easy entertaining in the home and bring the natural vistas of the outdoors indoors. The first floor will include two bedrooms and two baths, with an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the basement level.
With the additional bedroom space this home will have the perfect environment for hosting friends and family. They can share all the area has to offer from hiking trails, fishing, boating, and even cycling. Maybe even drive them around in their own golf cart on the community roads…potential opportunity to add a garage to the project? For the non-outdoorsy guests, there are several historic sites within easy driving distance or stop in at one of the nearby wineries for a taste of local vintages.
